Pete’s interest in meditation started when he was introduced to yoga 10 years ago. Mediation being the next natural step, Pete spent the next few years with no specific teacher or method. Pete was then introduced to Vajrayana practices 6 years ago at Omega Institute a workshop by Anyen Rinpoce which he practiced for 2 years.
Enrolling in the MBSR facilitator training was instrumental in developing a structure which provided a secular and scientific approach to a Buddhist practice.
Engagement with the MBSR faculty exposed Pete to Therevada and Vipassansa techniques, and the Jewel in the crown – Buddhist Psychology.
